What vNode does
vNode bridges the plant floor and the enterprise. It acquires data from industrial equipment over 40+ protocols — including OPC UA (client and server), Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, Siemens S7, DNP3, IEC 104, BACnet, EtherNet/IP, SQL and REST API — and delivers that data to cloud platforms, historians, databases and business systems. Configuration is done through a web interface with no code, so automation engineers and system integrators can connect devices without custom development.
What makes vNode different
vNode is built around four technical differentiators. Unlimited tags per module removes the per-datapoint cost that inflates the total cost of ownership of tag-licensed gateways. Native Store & Forward buffers data locally during network or cloud outages and forwards it on reconnection, preventing data loss. Modular licensing means you license only the protocols and functions your project needs, rather than a full suite. And cross-platform support lets vNode run on existing Windows, Linux or ARM hardware — including embedded and edge devices — without new equipment.
